I traveled to the North for Winter

Didn't realize

All my years in the South

I have missed winter

There is no winter in the South

Haven't been sense my childhood

Human is adaptive

An abnormal comes a normal

Until it hits you in the face

First half of the winter

I have been working my ass off

So there hasn't been so much time to explore

This is my first recorded adventure

In this place they call The Holy Fjeld

And not without a reason

These fjelds and woods

Are old and saint places for Sami people

If you stop for a moment

And listen the silence

Breathe in the cold fjeld air

You can feel the old power

The old magic

In these old woods

My path crossed

With the most mystic creature of the North

Creature was pale and hairy

Like a big snow lion

With dark eyes the creature looked me

His name was Jeti

Half a man half a yeti

The most kind and friendly

And kinda handsome

Kindly Jeti wanted to show me the woods

I was happy for the company

He took me to this great Northern canyon

Called The Fucking Valley

The fucking what?

Yep, his still a half a man...

Shhhh... quiet at the bottom of the canyon

We don't wanna wake up the Avalance

Siberian Jay came to say hello

Frozen Swamp

Who could it be?

Any Otter

Might be

Any other guesses?

Finally

The day started to give a way to the darkness

And I decided it was better to head back home

Eyes on the darkening sky

I wishpered

Thanks for the universe

For this wonderful adventure

Jeti glanced shyly to me
Can we meet again?
I smiled
I would like that

Voi mikset vastaa mulle

Kirjoitinhan jo monta viestii sulle

Eilen olit toista maata

Tahdoit minut saada

Ylläni vahvana maata

Fiksy tyttö oli pohtinut

Puhelin leikkii mykkää

Missä kääntyi väärin päin?

”Palaan pian takas!”

Voihan tekstisyötöntuki

No ei ihme ettei tästä mitään tullu

Vähemmästäkin ajattelee

Tuo on ihan hullu

Olet rakastettu

Kipuun jää koukkuun

Kuin kipukoukkuun

Et uskalla tietää paremmasta

Mielummin lakkaat tuntemasta

Kipu antaa nautinnon

Häpeä itseinhon

Mikset itseäsi arvosta

Omaa sisintäsi rakasta

Näkisitpä sen minkä minä nään

Kauniin sielun, nenänpään

Ihmisen rakastetun

Elämiimme valitun

Nouse siis ylös ja tunnusta

Yhdeksän hyvää ja kymmenes kaunista

Ensimmäinen tappoi aivosolunsa

Hukutti virtaan huolensa

Toinen virkeän mielensä

Eleli kivasti pienessä

Kolmas ahdingossa toisessa

Tappoi vielä koiransa

Neljäs paljon rakasti

Kumpaakin tasapuolisesti

Viides hiljaisen mukava

Iltaisin julma ja tappava

Kuudes nautti vallasta

Käytti kuin omaa parasta

Seitsemäs kauniisti ylisti

Ja katosi yhtä tylysti

Kahdeksas lupasi paljon

Toteutus oli mahdoton

Yhdeksäs antoi elämän

Vei mennessään paljon enemmän

Kymmenes vakuutti olevansa kaunista

Tavallaanhan se on mahdollista

Jokainen ajatus on mahdollisuus

From North to South

We had a dream

To drive as north as we can

Swim in the Arctic Ocean

Feel the midnight sun

See the mountains

The reindeer

Live in a car

Escape from the civilization

Our plan was to take a detour to south,
but our car was thinking differently and wanted to go straight home.
It started to blackmail us with a red motor-sing light.
So we decided to do what the car wanted.

Because of the change of plans,

we had a lot of time to wonder around.

But a little wish grew in our minds.

To be back home for the midsummer festival.

The magic of Lapland

Was left behind
And it was time to cross the line back to south.
Felt little bit sad.

On the way home we stopped to the highest waterfall in Finland,
You could feel the waterfall on your face.
It felt wonderful.
Like the first sunset in two weeks.
I had almost forgotten the colors.
Almost.

Summer is here!
The smell is stunning.
All the flowers and warm air.
It's midsummer festival today.
Everybody's complaining about the weather.
I don't know what they are talking about.
I love this!

Let's do this again next year!
